Our services FAQs

Clear questions can help you decide whether our approach and the available arrangements fit your needs.

NDIS information about core supports ↗

Ask our team ↗
How do I choose which service to ask about?

Start with the goal or routine you want assistance with. Explore personal care, daily living, community support, in-home care and travel assistance. If you are unsure, describe your priorities in an enquiry.

Can I enquire about more than one service?

Yes. Describe the different types of assistance you want to explore and which are most important to you. We will discuss needs and availability; an enquiry does not mean all services have been agreed.

What makes Holistic Health Support’s approach personal?

Our whole-person approach puts your needs, goals, dignity, culture and preferences into the conversation. We focus on your choices and the role you want to take in everyday life when discussing support.

How do I check if a service is suitable for my NDIS arrangements?

Discuss the assistance proposed, your funding arrangements and current provider requirements before proceeding. Use the official NDIS guidance on finding and choosing a provider ↗ and our NDIS introduction as starting points.

How can a participant, family member or professional make a referral?

Use our referral form. Confirm permission or authority before sharing someone else’s information. Include the nominated contact, location and support requested so we can discuss needs and availability.
